Members of the Albany Area Amateur Astronomers use the Astro Albany Yahoo Group to coordinate (and if necessary, cancel) scheduled and impromptu observing sessions.  Observing reports, astronomy-related questions, and the latest space exploration efforts are frequent topics.   This group is open to the general public and membership is free.
